Everything in Halloween Mode, why Intel cars only get the wraps, and what Trick or Treat switches off while it runs.
Short answer
Halloween Mode arrived with 2026.38.3 in the Toybox and works all year. It needs the AMD infotainment computer; Intel-era cars get only the Halloween wraps and licence plates. Ghost Costume changes the on-screen car and scenery; Trick or Treat makes the parked car react to people walking up. While Trick or Treat runs, Sentry Mode, the alarm and walk-away locking are off, so lock the car yourself.
